Tierra Querida is a 30” x 37” multi-layered print that brings together reduction linoleum, lithography, chine collé, and shellac collage with acrylic. Printed on Arches BFK with a delicate gampi for the lithographic elements, this piece explores labor, migration, and ancestral ties—reflecting on the historias and stories carried across generations. Through intricate layering and rich textures, Tierra Querida honors the deep connections between land, identity, and migration.

The design was sketched and carved by hand, then printed with traditional oil based printmaking ink onto 100% cotton, acid free paper. Each piece will be titled, signed and labeled as an Edition out of 7.

Each print is produced using a manual printing press, therefore, each print will be unique and may differ slightly from the pictured original. This is the beauty of utilizing multiple printing methods and collaging at the end.
